Today went well, started at 8:50 am and ended at 3:30 pm or so. Daughter Jenny sat with me unitl noon and then my friend Kay sat until I was done.Woo-hoo....doctor is not making me do the Neulasta injection tomorrow because of the side effects I had last time. I do, however have to have my blood drawn now every few days to check my white count. If it does get too low, then I will have to go on an antibiotic and/or another injection that boosts the immune system.
My hair is pretty much gone now...wearing little hats with scarves. I did pick up my wig this morning and it is real comfortable. I will be interchanging it with a wig I received from a "hugsister in Indiana" as that one everyone loves on me too. I will take pics soon.
