Day 98 ~ Long Day

"Most of our obstacles would melt away if, instead of cowering before them, we should make up our minds to walk boldly through them."
- Orison Swett Marden

Greetings! Today was a long day, had mom to the doctor for 2 hours for glaucoma surgery, which went fine, just a lot of waiting time. I am trying to write thank you notes, so got some done there.

Had my Neupagen injection, which is now giving me bone pain. But not like the Neulasta did. I can just take Darvon a few times a day to control the pain. Plus, if it keeps my white cells up...it can hurt all it wants!

Looking forward to tonight as Anna is staying over and she will be my little buddy for tomorrow. She loves helping me....for now anyway! LOL Lyn brought me over some pansies, so I would like to get them planted this weekend as they look so pretty. Anna loves playing with the dirt.

Everyone have a wonderful weekend and again thank you all who had some part in in any way in our benefit. It was a huge success and we appreciate it so much.....we are still on cloud 9. We have been met by people who said they they couldn't find a parking place anywhere, or had the wrong weekend. They were very disappointed that they were not there to see everyone and take part. Who knew?

Love & Hugs, Janet
