Day 114 ~ Enjoying the sunshine

Today was about 55 degrees and sunny. We worked in the yard for about 2 hours today and then Jeff wanted to go in for a nap. (well, I napped too) It felt good to get outside, even we didn't accomplish what we wanted. Guess it will have to wait for another day!

It is Jenny & Dave's 7 yr. anniversary today. Joe & Andrea were here for a short time also on their way home from a wedding in Appleton. So, we all got to chat during lunch for a little bit. Then Joe & Andrea left for home in West Allis and Jen, Dave & Anna went over to the high school for the dress rehearsal for Anna's Spring Dance Recital.

We are a "wee" bit tired today as we went to Elkhart Lake for Michael Shannon Jr.'s wedding last night and then when we got back to town at 11:00 pm, we went to Carol McCarthy's 50th birthday party until almost 2:00am! I don't think we have stayed out that late since...well...like 20 years ago! Then when we got home Jeff was hungry and wanted a pizza, so we made one and didn't go to bed until 4:00 am!! No wonder we "party animals" are a tired today! LOL LOL

I actually feel pretty good today. I am hoping the white cells are improving and I am on the mend. I go for a CT scan next week to check the status of the lymph nodes and see the doctor on the 16th to discuss further treatment etc.

Love, Janet & Jeff
