Day 145 ~ My birdies.....

Today is cloudy and 60's, but I still keep the windows open to hear the sweet songs of the birds. I didn't take very good pictures, but an Oriole gets some grape jelly and a Goldfinch takes a bath on the fountain. Someday I hope to get a real good picture of my Goldfinches and
Chickadees.

Doing well today, except a bit tired, as usual. I need to go to the Cancer Center and get my port flushed out with heparin once a month, but no
bloodwork this week! The hospital should really have a parking spot with my name on it. It is pretty bad when the parking attendant and the kitchen dietitian and the lab knows me on a first name basis. LOL

We are still filling out Jeff's application to the
deaconite program. (35 + pages) There are a lot of questions that I cannot even understand what they want. We both have to answer and write a lengthy paper. Please pray we can get this done and on time. Jeff really wants to serve at a higher level in the Catholic church....and we are trying hard to do it right.

Our little Anna's last day of
Kindergarten is tomorrow.....she turns 6 on July 3rd. She wants us to be setting up the pool in the backyard. We should do it soon but it has just been so cool that the water would be too cold! She is just so anxious!

It is almost 11:00, I need to finish laundry, nap and continue with writing out thank you notes.

Have a Blessed Day......................Janet
