Day 199 & 200 ~ Little Lucy

Little Lucy was looking at me as if to say.....come on mom, I just want to stay out a little longer. Not sure why she would want to stay out there as the deck was very hot. Oh well....it's a dogs life!

Last night we had our diaconite interview in front of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Board of Admissions. It seems their only concern is that of both Jeff's and my health issues. I guess it is in God's hands now as we have done all we can do. I would suppose we should find out if Jeff passes through to the next level within a couple of weeks. What will be, will be.

Today is supposed to be 88 degrees and humid with some storms in the late afternoon. I will most likely turn on the air as I am not completely over my sinus infection and it will make breathing easier. Right now it is still beautiful outside (8:30 am).

Anna will be coming tonight and stay until Thursday late afternoon. Our time together is winding down as school will be starting soon and then we will only have her overnight once in a while. :( So, as the farmers say " we'll make hay while the sun shines"!

The Lord's Love
But the Lord's love for those who have respect for him lasts for ever and ever. their children's children will know that he always does what is right. He always loves those who keep his covenant. He always does what is right for those who remember to obey his commands. The Lord has set up his throne in heaven. His kingdom rules over all. Praise the Lord, you angels of his. Praise him, you mighty ones who carry out his orders and obey his word. Praise the Lord, all you angels in heaven. Praise him, all you who serve him and do what he wants.
Psalm 103:17-21

Love, Janet

I love the words you speak from your dog's expression...come on let's stay a little longer. SMiles!!

"We Will Dance" is a beautiful song playing on your blog. Kind of sad melody.

I know what you mean about the little ones not around as much with school starting back. My two neices come to gramma's (my mom's) sporadically during the week sometimes. No more of that when they go back to school. One is in K and one is 2nd gr.
Blessings, friend.
