I went to get my port flushed with Heparin today at the Cancer Center (I go once a month when not going through chemo). I met 3 people that I personally know getting chemo and radiation. I will use only first names, Brad, Mike & Mary. They all need special prayers....so I call unto all you "prayer warriors" to ask God to take these special people under His care and grant special blessings to them that they may heal from their cancers and go in to remission.
Brad - colon cancer
Mike - Pancreatic cancer
Mary - Brain cancer (like Ted Kennedy's)
It has been a busy day and Jeff will be home soon...I hope. He works at a car dealership, so it does not always happen that he gets off on time. I am looking forward to his day off tomorrow...maybe some pool time...and plenty of time to play with Anna.
Teach Me Lord
To you O Lord, I lift up my soul. O my God, in you I trust; do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies exult over me... Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the god of my salvation; for you I wait all day long. Be mindful of your mercy, O Lord, and of your steadfast love, for they have been from of old.
Psalm 25:1-2, 4-6

Janet,
Your hydrangea is gorgeous. Did you check out my post last week? It's not the first one you see on the blog but the second one. It is a pink Hydrangea. The first post has one of my candy tuft's in it.
Love,
Paula
