Day 206 ~ My Flowers & Me

Yes, I have a personal relationship with my flowers. I try and nurse the weak and wilted and give encouragement to them all. This Hydrangea is just gorgeous...I love the bright pink. I do talk to my plants and sometimes I stare at them as if I can see them grow! I take a billion pictures of them like they are my kids. (yes, I do take them of my kids too...just ask them...I drive them nuts) I hope this is not a sign of old age or something....LOL...LOL

I went to get my port flushed with Heparin today at the Cancer Center (I go once a month when not going through chemo). I met 3 people that I personally know getting chemo and radiation. I will use only first names, Brad, Mike & Mary. They all need special prayers....so I call unto all you "prayer warriors" to ask God to take these special people under His care and grant special blessings to them that they may heal from their cancers and go in to remission.
Brad - colon cancer
Mike - Pancreatic cancer
Mary - Brain cancer (like Ted Kennedy's)

It has been a busy day and Jeff will be home soon...I hope. He works at a car dealership, so it does not always happen that he gets off on time. I am looking forward to his day off tomorrow...maybe some pool time...and plenty of time to play with Anna.
