What a grand day.....the Brewers win the game in the bottom of the 13th inning! This is Miller Park in Milwaukee. It has a retractable roof, so that if it rains, they just shut the roof. We had beautiful weather, high 70's and sunny. The seats we are in are called the Gehl club seats. They are actually high back chairs/stools. We were served our beverages and snacks. Just a few steps up and there is a "club" area with all the food buffets, even a guy making omelets to order. All the food and drink is included in the ticket price, along with a "preferred" parking pass. Jeff's brother Mark gave us the tickets. They are expensive and we were so full from all the food, we almost needed to be rolled out of the stadium! Thank you to Mark & Kim....we had an awesome day! Our son Joe & daughter-in-law Andrea went with us. They live in West Allis (suburb of Milwaukee).
Love & Blessings, Janet
Peace Be With You
When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors of the house where the disciples had met were locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you." After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord. Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you, As the Father has sent me, so I send you." When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit."
John 20:19-22
