Day 267, 268, 269 ~ Pumpkin Patch

This is actually last years pumpkin patch picture of Anna. We plan on going there again soon! Maybe this Sunday?

We leave this morning to go to Milwaukee to Froedtert Hospital for Jeff's CT-Angio scan of his brain aneurysm. Hopefully it is still small like the last scan last September. Good news is that the Neurosurgeon doctor looks at it right away on his computer and we know the results instantly.

It is rainy again today and gloomy. By late afternoon we are supposed to see sunshine and we really want to finish the outside yard work. I guess it depends on what time we get home from Milwaukee.

I have a million phone calls to make tomorrow, insurance, doctors, appointments etc. That will take up a couple of hours at least! :(

Our trees are turning color in the front yard, it is so pretty. I hope the leaves stay on for a while so we can enjoy the color. I love however to walk in crunchy leaves....and play with the kids in leaf piles! Last year I was in a pile of leaves with Anna and I couldn't get back up!! Thank goodness Jeff was home to help me! It is just one of those things I HAVE to do....just like making a snow angel in the winter snow and laying on my back on the grass in the summer looking up at the sky & clouds.....You just cannot miss out on those opportunities!

Have a great Wednesday!!

Love, Janet

Encouraging Word

By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.
