Days 357 - 362 ~ Hot or Cold? Brrrr......

With the sub-zero temps approaching us, I thought I would post a happy & warm remembrance of our hot days of summer. Personally, I prefer it to be hot than these cold days....brrrrr. I guess we don't have a choice as we are experiencing "Winter in Wisconsin"! The snow is very pretty, if you are not the one shoveling it. :)

Hurt my back yesterday lifting Rubbermaid tubs in the basement. I am trying to go through all my Christmas decorations before I take down what is up now. I have collected for many years never wanting to part with things. Well, the time has come...I am cleaning out! Only problem is that it is a back breaking task. :(

Jeff is off this whole weekend...it was so nice. I got to cook decent meals for us and we could take our time eating too. He tried chopping ice outside but had to come back in as he had a hard time breathing....that scared me. He laid down for a hour and said he felt better but...you know me...I'll be keeping an eye on that situation. Tonight we'll have a pork loin roast with sweet potatoes and hopefully just lay around watching TV.

I am still having the problem in the mornings when I am at the computer, falling asleep. I'll wake up and be determined that I am going to finish working on my bank statement and the next thing I know is that I am waking up again. This goes on for hours if I stay by the computer. I am better if I am walking around etc., although I feel light-headed and woozy. (is woozy a word?) Can we say WEIRD?

I'm still on the Fentynal pain patch, which is helping the arthritis pain greatly. It does not seem to work for the back pain, but I'll deal with it!

Have a great Sunday, today.....Love, Janet
