From Joe: Not a whole lot new to report. Her temperature has come down (101 in one ear and 100 in the other - don't ask me to explain this!). Her blood pressure has also steadied.
She had some blood cultures taken around noon today, so those will be ready tomorrow around noon. We should know more about the infection at that time. Her white cell count is expected to go up in about 2-4 days.
That's probably the last update for the night, unless we hear anything else from the intensivist. We're expecting her to stay in the ICU for a day and then head back to the oncology ward while her white cell count returns to acceptable levels.
