From Julie: Mom had a bit of a rough night as her fever spiked again, but it is back down a little today. The good news is her white blood cell count is up to 5.6 as of this morning. The doc is predicting she may be able to go home tomorrow!
She must be bored off her rocker because she called me twice today to warn me about baby bottles containing BPA, which may be linked to hormonal issues in children & infants. Luckily, our bottles are BPA-free, so we don't need to worry. :)
She is coherant enough to carry on a conversation, but don't be offended if she falls asleep while you're talking to her on the phone. I was in mid-sentence when I heard the soft sound of snoring! It took me yelling her name about 4 times before she woke up! LOL :)
Hopefully Mom will be home to update this blog herself tomorrow. Thanks for all of your continued support!!! (We are passing on your well-wishes!)
