Anna & I played with the dogs outside today. I took her picture in front of my roses, she took the other pictures. It was a gorgeous day today, 80's and sunny. Her daddy, Dave cut down 2 of our River Birch trees today as they died out from the bad winter.
The dogs in the picture are (left) Lucy, and Daisy on the (right). The one in the middle is Ginger and is Anna's dog. The other 2 are mine, but Lucy and Ginger are sisters.
Everything is so green & lush since all of our rain. Of course, now the grass needs mowing more often!
I wanted to trim all the bushes today, but my back said don't do it. Hope it feels better tomorrow as I need to get it done. Jeff can help me do it tomorrow. We have 8am church and then at noon we go to Jeff's parents for a Father's Day cook-out for lunch. Jeff's sister Sue and her daughter Kristen are home from Greeley, CO for the next week. It'll be good to see them again.
