Day 232 ~ Sleep out in tent ~ NOT

Oh my, it started out so well....roasting marshmallows...Anna had "7"!! It was real sticky mess too! Grandpa Jeff put the tent up and all was well. They put their sleeping bags and air mattress in the tent. Anna arranged everything....a flashlight to read her new Junie B. Jones books and her critters (stuffed animals) and of course their pillows. It appeared everything was a go.....I brought the dogs in the house, had the outside party lights on (so Anna could see the deck) and I got my jammies on and started to watch old episodes of "Making Memories" the I had DVR'd on TV. It wasn't long and all of a sudden.....here comes Anna & Jeff with EVERYTHING FROM THE TENT and dumped it in the middle of the living room. Great.....! The zipper on the tent broke!!! So, we spread out everything on the floor and Jeff read the first Junie B. Jones to Anna. I listened to it as well...,.I laughed a bunch of times....these books are really funny, as they are told by a "First Grader". After Anna fell asleep, which was right after the book, we watched some football and I went to bed! Didn't quite work out as planned but it was fun anyway.

It is another beautiful day and we are putzing around doing little projects and I am sure a nap in the picture. Jeff's back really hurts...he vomited from the pain last night....I hope it isn't kidney stones again. :(
