OMG it was such a gorgeous day outside today! The good news is that tomorrow is supposed to be just as awesome! Our plans are to do stuff outside...have a campfire....maybe roast a few marshmellows...read....and maybe even take a nap! The yard work that is left is minimal, so I think we can fit everything in. We just want to enjoy each other and the beautiful day.
My arthritis feels better now that I am wearing the Fentynl pain patch. I had to break down last night and put one on as I couldn't even sleep with all the pain I was enduring. I try to just offer it up....but it was interfering with me functioning in everyday life. Jeff is feeling much better these days now that his kidney stone issues are over. After the 3 surgeries in September and suffering with pain in between, it was like he lost 3 weeks of his life. I hope we are on an upswing now and we remain healthy. After-all, we have things to do!

Hi Janet..
(((hugz))) I am so glad to hear both you and Jeff are doing well. Please say hello to him for me, God is good but most of all so very very faithful. I was taking a blogging break after our retreat, my body really needed some rest. Sometimes I push myself too much and I am reminded that rest is one of the ways my body is able to function at it's best with my chronic illness. My daughter came to visit so I spent some time with her as well. Janet I would love if you would put yours and Jeff's photo above in my guestbook, I love this photo of you both.
