Day 166 ~ Anna took pics of items in my garden

Anna has fun taking pictures in our garden. Look at the one of her taking a picture of the pink globe, you can see her taking the picture. LOL...she actually takes good pictures and she loves to do it. Maybe she will be a photographer!

Beautiful day again today.....Jeff & I sat out on the deck from 6:30 am to 7:45 am drinking our cappechino and enjoying the time together. The Oriole came a few times to eat the grape jelly that we have out for him. The dogs were obsessed with finding the chipmunk. The little chipmunk taunts them from the other side of the fence.

Jeff took his night off last night and took his GM tests on the computer for a couple of hours and then we ate supper while watching some TV until bedtime. It was just nice having him here. He also is taking his day off today which is a miracle as he usually does not take off when it is the last week of the month. I am so proud that he has done this for me so that we can actually do something together and enjoy the day. We do have a 10:00 am appointment with Deacon Jim today at our house. It is the "home visit" as part of Jeff's deaconite training. After our interview is finished, Jeff & I are going out for lunch to our favorite place, Backyard Grill. Today we can eat outside on their patio as the weather is perfect. I think we will take a nice drive in the convertible too. Let the wind blow through my hair.....(the 1/2" of hair that I have!) LOL LOL

God's Blessings to everyone........Janet
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. (Luke 2:11)

"When life's problems seem overwhelming, look around and see what other people are coping with. You may consider yourself fortunate." - Ann Landers

You are what you speak. A reactive person says, "That's just the way I am." A proactive person says, "I can choose another approach."
