Day 75 ~ Prayers needed

Here is my dear hubby, Jeff. Many of you know he is studying to be a Deacon for Holy Family church in Fond du Lac. He has a meeting with our pastor and someone of authority on April 1st in Milwaukee. Then end of April he has an interview to be accepted or denied in to the Deacon Program for another 3 years. I am asking you to please say prayers that he is accepted to continue the 3 yr program to be ordained a Deacon.

When I am afraid, I will put my trust in thee. Psalm 56:3

I am feeling real good today except for the darn shakiness. I see Dr Lambert this Friday to decide on the the next treatment plan etc. So, even though I shouldn't be going out in crowds, I just have to go to Target for some supplies for the house. Of course I wipe the cart with the antiviral wipes and my purse and my hands. A nurse told me to also use saline nose spray often during the day as it keeps germs away.

I met a high school friend, Joe Dumbaskas, social worker in the hospital lobby. We had a nice chat and decided that your life changes when you have a near death experience. He also had one a few years back. We are both very happy we are here.

Yesterday I had the breathing test for an hour, that was quite the experience! Anyway, it was right next to ICU, so I visited the doctors and nurses who took care of me. They gave me hugs and were happy with the way I looked. They just said that I CANNOT come back there as a patient! It does scare me a bit about the the next treatment...I'll be a nervous wreck wondering if I'll go down to zero again.

The Lord knows there are times in our afflictions

We get very weary in our souls and we cry out to him.
And he comes down to where we are at that moment
And like the father he is takes us in his arms of comfort.
Words need not be spoken for the heart hears his whispers
As he speaks his words and promises of courage to our souls.
He says….

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage.
For I will be with you everywhere you go. Joshua 1:9
